Five Lamps Business Loans


The Five Lamps Organisation is a community based, registered charity within the Tees Valley area. We are a member of the Community Development Finance Association and lend money to new start and small businesses trading up to 12 months old, who for whatever reason cannot borrow money from the high street bank. We will work with our customers to develop their business plans and help them produce financial forecasts. Our typical customer is a sole trader seeking flexible funding for equipment such as tools, machinery, vehicles or stock, rent, insurance and marketing material. Loans range from £500 to a maximum of £5000 over 36 months and our average first time loan is £2000.

Their only condition is that you have been turned down by the banks.
